At Babylon CrossFit, we’ve got your back with our at-home workout plans. These workouts are designed to keep you moving, even if you’re stuck at home or away. They’re a great way to stay on track with your fitness goals when you can’t make it to class. Use the at-home track to do bodyweight exercises, or mobility work. They’re easy to fit in between holiday shopping, meal prep, or family activities.

Embrace the chill and head outside for a brisk walk, a run, or even some outdoor mobility exercises. If you're indulging in festive treats or drinks, balance them out by sipping on water, herbal tea, or adding electrolytes to your routine. Staying hydrated will help you feel your best and recover quickly, no matter how busy things get.
