You’ll be participating in 3 private one-on-one sessions with a coach, where we review what CrossFit is and the movements you will be performing in class. We’ll give you a general understanding of the CrossFit methodology. We know CrossFit is scary; this is our way of meeting you where you’re at. You don’t need to change anything to walk through our doors.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. In addition to learning about the CrossFit methodology, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
