We at BC totally get the million things pulling you in a million directions come summer, but we have an under-utilized resource to help you guys maintain and improve your fitness on those busy summer days when you can’t make it into the gym. Whether you’re traveling, or being personal ubers for your kids camps, sports, etc. our home track can help you get a good workout with minimal equipment to accommodate to what you have available in your house, or hotel if you’re traveling. Warm up and workout included, you can be done with a full day of training in 30 minutes or less.
