You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
A group class led by a certified coach with a diverse group of people of various backgrounds and athletic abilities working out together for an hour. Classes start with a warm-up, followed by a movement review/strength, and concluding with a high intensity workout. Workouts consist of bodyweight movements, cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Every workout can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based to improve your functional fitness to bring you success in your every day life. For example, picking up grocery bags from the ground or lifting a child overhead.
