Greg is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer. He is a lifelong athlete who has had a passion for athletics from a young age, participating in varsity football and track and field in high school. His athletic career continued into college where he ran track and field at Bucknell University and competed with a team that won multiple Patriot League Championships.
Greg found Crossfit 3 years ago and recently obtained his level 1 and Crossfit Programming certificate. He has a passion for using fitness as a tool to maintain wellness and believes it is as imperative for mental health as it is for physical health. He hopes to continue assisting athletes in achieving things they never thought possible.
