Congratulations Louis Rivoli on being Babylon Crossfit’s Member of the Month for April!

A Word From Our Coaches…

“I’ve only known Louis for two years, but he’s quickly become one of my best friends. In and out of the gym, Lou is a bursting ball of positive energy you can feel when he’s around you. If you hit the 6AM class, he’ll be right next to you cheering you on to hit that heavy squat clean or tough muscle up. Outside the gym, he’ll be right there if you need a helping hand to move into your new home, set up your new squat rack, or just cheer you up when you’re feeling down. One more thing, he’s also an absolute beast in the gym and a great role model for our members!” – Coach Alex

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Louis as a coach and fellow athlete since joining the community in October. It’s been amazing to watch his dedication day in and day out, as well as his eagerness to get better as an athlete. It’s no surprise to me that he finished so strong in the open, not only in his age group but within North America. Louis bring an intensity to the gym that not only fuels me, but fuels the entire gym. His presence amplifies everyone around him and has made the gym stronger as a whole. Thank you Lou for pushing me and everyone else, keep striving for more!” – Coach/PT Jared

“Watching and coaching Louis over the last year and a half has been monumental. Even in a pandemic he worked daily on his clean and his Handstands. I would get videos weekly asking for tips to be better. He is one one of the hardest working athletes in the gym. Even though I have to bribe him at times to take rest days and take yoga, I wouldn’t change a thing about the athlete he is. Not only will you find him at the top of the leader board but you will also find him cheering on the last person finishing their workout each class. He’s an amazing father, athlete, judge, and friend. We are very lucky to have you Lou, and I am so very proud of everything you have accomplished. Excited for your future!” – Coach Trish
